Tips for Listening to the meditation

  • Find a quite place where you will not be disturbed for about 15 min.
  • Use ear buds or head phones to deepen the meditation
  • Calm your mind and body
  • If you have trouble visualizing during the meditation; do not worry or focus on it too much (just intend that its there and continue to follow along); in time and with practice your ability to visualize will improve! 
  • Use soft lighting and/or candle to promote relaxation
