Spinach & Beans

1 Large Pkg. Baby Spinach
1 Can White Beans (drained)
1 Can low sodium broth
2-3 cloves garlic
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Parmsean cheese

Saute garlic (low heat) add can of white beans
Then add baby spinach until wilted and low sodium broth
until simmering. Add the red pepper flakes. Turn off Heat and add parmasean cheese until it melts. Double the recipe and have leftovers......yummy!!

This sounds so good! Seems super quick and easy to make as well! Those that don't eat diary could substitute non-dairy cheese or just leave it out... it would still be delicious!! Thanks for sharing!
