Raspberry Tart

Place in a blender:
• 1 cup of frozen (unsweetened) raspberries
• 1 tablespoon of frozen (unsweetened and all natural) cranberry juice concentrate or a few table spoons of pomegranate juice
• 1 tablespoon of flax-seed (for Omega-3s)
• 1 cup of water
• a few ice cubes
• Juice of ½ of a fresh lemon
• A cup of cleaned spinach or kale
Blend together and pour into a glass. Mom also likes to add yogurt to hers, but I opt to keep the calorie count low and like things a little on the sour side.
