To Make a pitcher:
(I prefer to drink this warm like tea to stimulate digestion, especially during cold months. But, I like to make a pitcher of it to drink cold tea in the summer. You can reduce the portion amount and make 1 serving at a time if you prefer).
If you are not used to drinking ginger and you find that this is too strong tasting, you can reduce the amount of ginger. Gradually increase the amount each time you make it as you become used to the taste.
You could also double these portions and make a large batch that will last you for several days!
