Mango Tango

2 cups organic baby spinach or Kale
2 full stalks and leaves bok choy
2 cups pure water
Mix well in strong blender

Add:
1 large orange or 2-3 clementines
1 large mango
1 banana
1-2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple

Mix well and enjoy
