Kiwi Kale Green Smoothie
This is a simple, healthy green smoothie recipe. The kiwi and coconut water give it a slight sweetness that makes this smoothie mouthwatering good!
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
- 4 pieces of kale (stems removed)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
- Peel and chop kiwi and cucumber.
- Blend cucumber, kiwi and coconut water for a few seconds on high until smooth.
- Add kale and ice. Blend again until smooth.
- Serve & Enjoy!
