Kiwi Kale Green Smoothie

This is a simple, healthy green smoothie recipe. The kiwi and coconut water give it a slight sweetness that makes this smoothie mouthwatering good!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 kiwi
  2. 1/2 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
  3. 4 pieces of kale (stems removed)
  4. 1 cup coconut water
  5. 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop kiwi and cucumber.
  2. Blend cucumber, kiwi and coconut water for a few seconds on high until smooth.
  3. Add kale and ice. Blend again until smooth.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
