1/2 Banana(1) organic green apple(1) organic cucumber1 cup of organic green grapes2-3 cups of organic spinach2tbsp of finely ground flaxseed1-2 cups of H20I add all of my ingredients into my blender and start off by mixing, followed by puree and my smoothie is ready in 3min. Keeps me full all morning!
