Gluten Free Seed Crackers

These Gluten Free Seed Crackers are light and crispy. They are also vegan, soy-free, nut-free, sugar-free, and oil-free! They are absolutely delicious! If you are craving something crunchy, grab these instead of chips! You won't be sorry. They are so satisfying (but be careful, it's easy to eat the whole batch in one sitting if you're not careful!) Ingredients: (use raw, organic seeds) 

  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder 

(Optional- add other seasonings of your choice, such as cayenne pepper, black pepper, Herbamare, rosemary, etc.) 

You can also use other seeds if you would like, such as flax. Personally, this is my favorite combination! The chia seeds ARE essential, as they swell when wet and act like a gel that holds the seeds together! They are REALLY good for you too! 


  1. Preheat the oven to 325F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2.  In a large bowl, mix the seeds together. Add sea salt and garlic. Pour in the water and stir to combine. Let sit for several minutes until all water is absorbed. 
  3. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet with the back of a spoon until it’s very thin. Keep spreading back and forth until mixture is smoothed out. (If too thick, more than 1/4 in., crackers will not be crispy).
  4. Bake at 325F for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven, slice into squares, carefully flip them over. 
  5. Bake for another 25 minutes. The bottoms should be golden. 
  6. Allow to cool completely on the pan. Store in a container. 

If there is extra mixture, make a second batch! Don't try to fit it all on one baking sheet, or it will be too thick! (This recipe should make two large baking sheets, about 36 crackers!)
