These Gluten Free Seed Crackers are light and crispy. They are also vegan, soy-free, nut-free, sugar-free, and oil-free! They are absolutely delicious! If you are craving something crunchy, grab these instead of chips! You won't be sorry. They are so satisfying (but be careful, it's easy to eat the whole batch in one sitting if you're not careful!) This recipe is modified from Oh She Glows.
Ingredients: (use raw, organic seeds)
(Optional- add other seasonings of your choice, such as cayenne pepper, black pepper, Herbamare, rosemary, etc.)
You can also use other seeds if you would like, such as flax. Personally, this is my favorite combination! The chia seeds ARE essential, as they swell when wet and act like a gel that holds the seeds together! They are REALLY good for you too!
If there is extra mixture, make a second batch! Don't try to fit it all on one baking sheet, or it will be too thick! (This recipe should make two large baking sheets, about 36 crackers!)
