This creamy ginger dressing is a simple healthy salad dressing recipe. You can easily make this dressing in a Vitamix or blender!
2 tbsp. organic white miso paste (or Tahini)
2 tbsp. organic rice vinegar
2 tsp. agave (or raw honey)
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. chopped, peeled fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 tbsp. chopped, peeled carrot
¼ cup organic sesame oil (or olive oil)
Optional- add sea salt or Bragg Liquid Aminos to taste.
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add this healthy salad dressing to your favorite salad. Goes well with mixed greens , or arugula, avocado, cucumber, sliced red pepper, green onions, & sesame seeds!
