BUTTERNUT SQUASH SMOOTHIE

1 Butternut Squash
2 Granny Apples
1/2 red onion
Balsamic Glaze
Vanilla Chobani
Cinamon
Walnuts


Roast on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
the following:

Squash, walnuts, onion, apples with 1 Tablespoon of balsamic glaze ,

After baking add to your blender or vitamixer. After placing these items in blender add vanilla chobani blend and ice to your taste. After the other items are added
pulse toasted walnuts.
