Veggie Hummus Wrap
This is a quick and easy wrap with mediterranean vegetables and hummus. It is healthy and delicious! It can easily become dinner by making it a panini and serving it with sweet potato fries.
Ingredients: Use organic ingredients whenever possible!
*This should make up to 8 wraps.
* This is a healthy and delicious mediterranean style veggie wrap! You can refrigerate the cooked veggies and use them to make quick wraps for lunch throughout the week. I often make a large batch of hummus on the weekend (or you can buy hummus). I do not add the cheese unless I'm making them as a panini for dinner. You do not need cheese for a wrap, the hummus really holds them together nicely!
*You can also add any other veggies that you like. I've tried several variations and this is my favorite so far! Other options that would be delicious in this wrap are artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
