      Benefits of Brazil Nuts:

You could use other nuts in this recipe, such as almonds, cashews, or pine nuts, etc. I prefer Brazil nuts because of their texture. They are also highly alkalizing nuts, while some other nuts, such as pistachios, tend to be very acidic.

Brazil nuts contain many helpful nutrients including protein, fiber, selenium, magnesium, vitamin E and thiamine. Selenium, found in brazil nuts, is a powerful antioxidant that may help boost the immune system.

If that's not enough, Brazil nuts also have “complete” protein which means they have all of the necessary amino acids. Organic Brazil nuts can be a good source of protein for people who follow a plant-based diet.
