Baked Kale Chips
Baked Kale Chips are super easy to make. They are a healthy alternative to potato chips and have lots of vitamins, calcium and protein! I couldn't believe how delicious and crispy they are. Kale is a super food! Kale may not look appetizing, but give it a try, you may be surprised! I usually add it to smoothies, soups, and salads, but these kale chips make a delicious, healthy snack!
This recipe is super easy to make. They're terrific alone as a healthy snack or crumbled as a topping for popcorn! I love potato chips. Chips and fries are my weakness. I was so happy to discover that these baked kale chips satisfied my cravings. I will be making them weekly! I will add chili powder, cumin and nutritional yeast to my next batch of kale chips.
