When it comes to Thanksgiving, all of us are looking for delicious recipes that get rave reviews from our guests. But putting scrumptious, flavorful dishes on the table doesn't mean they have to be bad for you. You can make traditional dishes a little healthier by substituting a few ingredients!

You might also try a new, tasty & healthy dish that your family and friends will love! I make a combination of some healthy versions of traditional Thanksgiving entrees like stuffing and sweet potato casserole, and others that are less traditional but equally delicious, like quinoa salad with butternut squash! My absolute favorite is mushroom lentil loaf with mushroom gravy!
