Healthy Fall Recipes


It's hard to believe, but tomorrow is officially the last day of summer. Does that mean it's time to forego eating salads? Not at all! One vegetable that's still very much season are beets! I love adding beets to salads. Add them to arugula, topped with crunchy, toasted pumpkin seeds and you have a delicious fall salad!
