Super Smoothie Recipe


Hello! This week I wanted to share with you a simple super smoothie recipe! I call it super because it contains Cherries and Chia Seeds which are two amazing "super foods" that you should have in your diet!

When you combine these two high-fiber, antioxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory foods with coconut water (which is high in potassium)…you get one super smoothie! It makes a delicious breakfast or a perfect post-workout drink!
