Happy New Year!

Did you make a resolution, or set an intention, to work out, eat better, or lose weight this year? If so, you are not alone. Losing weight and getting in better shape are the most popular New Year’s resolutions. Making a resolution is great. Keeping it is the challenge. Instead of setting unrealistic goals, or starting a new diet that will only last until February, how would you like to make 2012 the year that you permanently change your lifestyle?

There are a few simple things that you can do to put the puzzle pieces of your health back together. Research shows that diets don’t work. Do you want to get healthy and feel balanced in mind, body, and spirit? Do you want to feel amazing and look beautiful inside and out?

Research has proven that it takes 21 days to form a habit. Habits are an essential part of our life, without them it would be difficult to accomplish anything. They help us to reach our goals and stay focused along the way.

Dr. Andrew Weil says, “anything you do with repetition and emotion will become your reality.”
