21 Day Lifestyle Change

Did you make a resolution, or set an intention, to work out, eat better, or lose weight this year? If so, you are not alone. Losing weight and getting in better shape are the most popular New Year’s resolutions. Making a resolution is great. Keeping it is the challenge. Instead of setting unrealistic goals, or starting a new "fad" diet, how would you like to permanently change your lifestyle?

There are a few simple things that you can do to put the puzzle pieces of your health back together. Research shows that diets don’t work. Do you want to get healthy and feel balanced in mind, body, and spirit? Do you want to feel amazing and look beautiful inside and out?

Research has proven that it takes 21-28 days to form a habit. Habits are an essential part of our life, without them it would be difficult to accomplish anything. They help us to reach our goals and stay focused along the way.

Dr. Andrew Weil says, “Anything you do with repetition and emotion will become your reality.”

So, as we enter into a new year, I ask you to join me for the B Simply Healthy 21 Day Lifestyle Change!

I will provide tips, ideas, recipes, and sample weekly meal plans to help you along your journey to attaining a happy, healthy, balanced life.

I embarked on a 21 day adventure cleanse two years ago after reading Kris Carr’s book, Crazy Sexy Diet. I can honestly say that this book and cleanse changed my life. I feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually than I ever have before!

The B Simply Healthy 21 Day Lifestyle Change is based on many of the principles from this book, along with several other books, such as Dr. Fuhrman's book Eat to Live. I combine this knowledge with my own personal experiences to offer you daily and weekly suggestions for improving your whole health: mind, body, and spirit..

You can do anything for 21 days! I hope you will develop some habits that will stay with you forever and positively impact the rest of your life!
