My name is Andrea. I believe in a holistic approach to health. If you have problems with your health, weight, or relationships, it may be a symbolic message that some part of you-either emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually is out of balance. The phrase, mind, body, spirit is often overused and has become somewhat of a cliche'. My aim is to demystify these three areas, which I believe are the ingredients to achieving a simply healthy life!

I've been on my own journey, seeking a healthy, balanced life for several years. On my quest to find natural cures for fibromyalgia, I have read and studied extensive research in the areas of healthy eating, natural healing, and mind-body connection. I am excited to share with you the things that I have found, from experience, to be successful!
